- එක් කණ්ඩායමකට ක්රීඩකයින් 08ක් සහ එක් අතිරේක ක්රීඩකයෙකු (01) බැගින් ඇතුළත් විය හැක. යම් ක්රීඩකයෙකුට ඉදිරියට ක්රීඩා කිරීමට නොහැකි වුවහොත් පමණක් අතිරේක ක්රීඩකයා යොදාගත හැක.
- තරගය අතරතුර පිටිය තුළ සහය ලබාදීමට (Coaching) අවසර ඇත්තේ කණ්ඩායමේ එක් අයෙකුට පමණි.
- උල් සහිත පාපන්දු පාවහන් (Spikes/Cleats) පැළඳීම සපුරා තහනම්ය.
- පිටිය මතුපිට කකුලෙන් හෑරීම හෝ වළවල් සෑදීම තහනම් වේ.
- වාඩි වී කඹය ඇදීම හෝ බිම වැතිරී කඹයේ එල්ලී සිටීම තහනම්ය. යම් හෙයකින් ඇද වැටුණහොත් වහාම නැගී සිටිය යුතුය.
- විනිසුරුගේ තීරණය අවසන් තීරණය වන අතර, නීති කඩ කරන කණ්ඩායම් තරගයෙන් ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.
- Each team consists of 08 active members and 01 substitute. The substitute may only enter if an active player is unable to continue.
- Only one designated person per team is allowed on the field to provide support or instructions during the match.
- Wearing football boots with spikes or studs is strictly prohibited.
- Digging the ground with feet to create footholds is not allowed.
- Pulling the rope while sitting or lying down is forbidden. If a player falls, they must stand up immediately; hanging onto the rope while on the ground is cause for disqualification.
- The referee's decision is final. Any team failing to follow these rules will be disqualified.
- Ogni squadra è composta da 08 membri attivi e 01 riserva. La riserva può entrare solo se un giocatore attivo non è in grado di continuare.
- Durante la gara, solo una persona autorizzata per squadra può stare in campo per fornire istruzioni.
- È severamente vietato indossare scarpe da calcio con tacchetti o punte.
- Non è consentito scavare buche nel terreno con i piedi per fare leva.
- È vietato tirare la fune stando seduti o sdraiati. In caso di caduta, il giocatore deve rialzarsi immediatamente; è vietato aggrapparsi alla fune stando a terra.
- La decisione dell'arbitro è definitiva. Qualsiasi squadra che non rispetti queste regole sarà squalificata.
