- එක් කණ්ඩායමක් සඳහා තරගකරුවන් පස්දෙනෙකු (05) සිටිය යුතු අතර, ඒ අතර අවම වශයෙන් තරගකාරියන් දෙදෙනෙකු (02) සිටීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
- සෑම තරගකරුවෙකුම තම වාරයේදී නියමිත ලී දණ්ඩ වටා වට 07ක් සම්පූර්ණයෙන් කැරකවිය යුතුය.
- නියමිත වට 07 සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමට පෙර ඊළඟ තරගකරුවා වෙත ගමන් කිරීම තහනම් වේ.
- කණ්ඩායමේ සියලුම සාමාජිකයින් තම වාරයන් නිසි පරිදි අවසන් කර මුලින්ම තරගය නිමා කරන කණ්ඩායම ජයග්රහණය කරයි.
- Each team must consist of five (05) members, with a minimum of two (02) female participants per team.
- Each participant must complete exactly seven (07) full circles spinning around the pole during their turn.
- A participant cannot move toward the next teammate until all seven rotations are fully completed.
- The team that completes all rotations for every member and reaches the finish line first wins.
- Ogni squadra deve essere composta da cinque (05) membri, con un minimo di due (02) partecipanti donne per squadra.
- Ogni partecipante deve completare esattamente sette (07) giri completi ruotando attorno al palo durante il proprio turno.
- Un partecipante non può dirigersi verso il compagno di squadra successivo finché non sono state completate tutte e sette le rotazioni.
- Vince la squadra che completa tutte le rotazioni per ogni membro e raggiunge per prima il traguardo.
